Manager, Americas Supply Management

We are looking for a Manager, Supply Management, Americas in Mills River. The Manager, Supply Management, Americas will be responsible for leading and developing the supply management team and planning processes. This includes overseeing supply plans, Jumbo availability in the chain, balancing short & mid term coating capacity & demand, managing Jumbo inventory and coordinating stock optimization in the entire supply chain in the region. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high service level.

What You Will Do

• Lead the regional supply management team, developing their competences and securing the appropriate resourcing , ensuring adherence to business needs, safety and quality standards
• Drive and lead the supply management including supply & production planning of finished goods, product replenishment processes from plants to terminals & warehouses and KPI's
• Lead the inventory management processes of finished goods, coordinate stock optimization programs and processes in entire supply chain
• Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain service processes of products from production up to delivery and collaborate with other functions to drive product service improvement
• Drive supply chain processes, reviews and data analysis to identify improvement requirements and drive their implementation in collaboration with development team
• Ensure all supply management activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
  
  

Who You Are

• You have a university degree with minimum 5 years of managerial experience in supply planning management in a global environment
• You have experience in leading teams on-site and remotely
• You have communication, collaboration, relationship building and influencing others capabilities
• You are able to assimilate information from multiple sources while maintaining focus on a broad range of detailed information
• You have highly developed analytical skills and proactive approach in managing potential supply chain disruptions
• You have result-driven way of working and out-of-the-box thinking capabilities
• You have great business acumen and understanding, strategic thinking, strategy development and implementation capabilities
• You have experience in working with multiple ERP and analytical tools
• You have long term process and tools development focus
• You have experience in leading Sales and Operations Planning process
• You have experience in S&OP and S&OE processes and scenario planning
