We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in the construction/contractor industry, located in THORNTON, Colorado. The role involves maintaining organized and accurate files, processing applications, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of converting paper files to electronic format.
  • Handle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Ensure customer applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Perform clerical duties as required to support the functioning of the team.
  • Use software such as Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, and Epic Software to perform job duties.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when required.
  • Handle inbound calls and correspondence professionally.
  • Use IBM AS/400 and About Time software for data processing and time management.
  • Prepare charts and graphs to represent data and trends as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, About Time is required
  • Ability to manage ADP Financial Services
  • Experience with answering inbound calls
  • Comfortable with clerical duties including correspondence
  • Knowledge in creating charts and graphs
  • Prior experience in the construction/contractor industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to file documents efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
