SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, focusing on integrating key systems like SuccessFactors, Okta, and Active Directory
* Manage and maintain existing SailPoint IdentityNow environments, ensuring high availability and performance; Configure and manage connectors for integration with SuccessFactors, Okta, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within IdentityNow; Develop and maintain IdentityNow policies, workflows, and access certifications to meet business and compliance needs
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IdentityNow, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management for SuccessFactors, Okta, and Active Directory
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, assisting in developing skills related to IAM technologies
* Monitor the performance and health of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, providing reports and analysis as required; Manage IdentityNow upgrades, patching, and system enhancements, including relevant connectors and integrations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IdentityNow Certified Engineer, SailPoint IdentityNow Implementation Specialist, or Okta Certified Professional (preferred but not required)
* 7+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow
* Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing SailPoint IdentityNow in complex, large-scale environments; Integrating SailPoint IdentityNow with SuccessFactors, Okta, and Active Directory connectors
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in resolving IAM-related issues across multiple connectors like SuccessFactors, Okta, and Active Directory; Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell, JSON) and API integrations for IdentityNow customization
* Experience with authentication/authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and integrating Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
* Experience integrating SailPoint IdentityNow with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and other enterprise applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
