The Clinical Informaticist will help improve patient safety by developing clinical protocols, physician documentation templates and decision support rules in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other clinicians.
Your Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare informatics preferred
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing or other allied health professional degree preferred but not required for candidates with formal informatics training and/or compelling professional experience
- Equivalent work experience in an acute care environment can replace the educational requirement
- One or more years of experience implementing and supporting electronic record applications is preferred
- One or more years of experience with finance related reporting
- Tableau or similar visualization application experience preferred
- SQL experience preferred
- Communicate clearly and openly
- Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
- Be accountable for your performance
