  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Project Management Office (PMO)
Location: Preferable in NJ/NY (Remote allowed)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal teams to align with customer needs for pre-and post-sales.
  • Oversee Engineering Customer Response Team (ECRT) across multiple business units.
  • Implement successful customer engagement models.
  • Provide functional leadership to program management teams, including direct supervision.
  • Execute moderate to large scope projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize and improve PM tools and methodologies.
  • Manage program planning and execution independently.
  • Facilitate cross-functional activities and ensure completion within budget and schedule.
  • Prepare and present status updates to senior-level audiences.
  • Develop comprehensive risk management plans.
  • Drive process improvements and define future team roles.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree (MS preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven project management experience from start to finish.
  • Significant customer engagement experience.

Preferred:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • PMP certification.
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience with Waterfall or hybrid projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Project and Excel.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Effective team collaboration and conflict management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with flexibility and motivation.
