Job Title: Mulesoft Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mulesoft Administrator to support the maintenance and performance of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. The candidate will ensure the stability of the platform, manage APIs, and enforce standards for scalable integrations across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including performance tuning and stability of deployed APIs.
  • Administer VPCs and VPNs in CloudHub and configure/maintain API governance.
  • Develop and maintain policies for APIs deployed to CloudHub.
  • Configure and maintain monitoring dashboards, performance metrics, and alerts.
  • Perform security maintenance, including Anypoint user security and certifications.
  • Lead future implementations for platform enhancements and upgrades.
  • Participate in API performance testing, define test criteria, and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in API governance and security.
  • Provide production support for APIs and collaborate with offshore third-party teams.

Required Skills:
  • Expertise in the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform including CloudHub, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Experience Hub.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Maven, Terraform, and YAML.
  • Knowledge of API performance tuning, governance, and security best practices.
  • Ability to administer VPCs and VPNs in a cloud environment.
  • Mulesoft Certified Developer and/or Integration Architect certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with Azure API Ecosystem and Salesforce is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems architecture and application integration solutions.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with CloudHub 2.0.
  • Prior experience in an Integration Center of Excellence (C4E).
  • Strong understanding of API performance testing and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and SSL.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across regions.
