Baer is looking for SAP IS-Oil Consultant O&G TM for a 6+ month project located in Newtown Square, PA.
Title: SAP IS-Oil Consultant O&G TM

Description:

• Lead functional teams in the execution of SAP Activate and Fit to Standard methodologies across different streams, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with project goals.
• Provide oversight for the design and development of solutions within the Energy stream, ensuring consistency and quality in the process.
• Act as the point of contact for solution design discussions with the customer, ensuring that their needs and requirements are addressed effectively.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and program leadership, providing guidance on the future direction of solutions and creating clear roadmaps for future implementation.
• Ensure thorough quality oversight for all solution architecture documentation, ensuring consistency and alignment with best practices.
• Facilitate solution continuity across functional streams, ensuring that design and execution are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide trusted advisory services to program leadership, offering strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP TM and O&G downstream operations.
• Significant experience working on large-scale SAP/S4 HANA downstream transformation projects within the Oil and Gas industry, particularly in areas such as trading, scheduling, actualization, hydrocarbon product management, and third-party system integration.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in leveraging SAP Activate and Fit to Standard methodologies for successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, and manufacturing processes within the O&G industry.
• Proficiency in SAP TM for freight planning, execution, and settlement processes. Experience in implementing and managing SAP TM solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Oil and Gas Standard Content and Best Practices, specifically related to supply chain and transportation management.
• Proficiency in utilizing SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build tools for project management and implementation.
• SAP certifications in SAP TM and S/4 HANA Supply Chain preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
