About This Role:

Tria Federal (Tria)is seeking a talented Junior Program Analyst! to enhance administrative and operational support services for our federal customer in Falls Church, Virginia.

This position will join a team of administrative professionals supporting healthcare operations, healthcare policy planning and management, and integration and implementation of military healthcare related policies and programs.

The successful candidate will manage internal communications between stakeholders, develops effective communication strategies, and draft content for mass release between various departments. As an Analyst you will assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership and liaise with various stakeholders with regards to multiple issues.

This opportunity is 100% on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor calendars, schedule appointments, prepare read-ahead material, and maintain up-to-date filing systems
  • Draft PowerPoint presentations, point papers, training material, and correspondence packages to meet client timetables and commitments
  • Provide liaison support and coordinate activities throughout the various levels of the organization, working closely with executive level clients
  • Assist on procedural matters such as edit draft correspondence/material for accuracy of format, spelling, and grammar; develop timelines for key presentations; and research/prepare official correspondence/ response to audits, Congressional and other high-level inquiries in final format in accordance with Government formats and guidelines

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

  • Possess strong editorial and writing skills and a keen understanding of different audiences
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Preferred experience in a military health environment and an understanding of the military organization
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent skills in multitasking, prioritization and planning, schedule management, and the coordination of complex executive functions
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required.Clearance:

Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceYears of Professional Experience:

0 - 3years of experience

  • Prior DoD experience
