We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Supply Chain and Procurement to oversee and manage all procurement activities across our multi-site orthopedic healthcare practices. The Director of Supply Chain and Procurement will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of medical supplies, equipment, and services.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record of successful procurement management in a multi-site environment.
    • Previous experience managing acquisitions.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is a plus.
