Role & Responsibilities

Work with other members of the team, supporting deal sourcing, underwriting, monitoring, reporting and other company activities. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. Opportunity to work across multiple asset classes including private equity, private credit and corporate loans. The position will allow for high growth potential, both within the role and as part of the growth of the overall company. Responsibilities include:

  • Review transaction materials, create underwriting memos and project cash flows
  • Prepare presentations, term sheets and marketing materials for distribution
  • Perform risk analyses across various asset classes and present the results
  • Proactively generate ideas to improve company processes and operations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 - 10 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets or investment management,
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
