Now we’re looking for a Recruiting / Ops Coordinator to help write our next chapter. Please note, this role requires five days a week onsite in our SF or Austin office.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for individuals who have a knack for attention to detail, organization, and coordination. Our Recruiting Coordinators will handle everything from scheduling interviews with our portfolio companies’, tracking candidate data, to ensuring that candidates have an amazing experience throughout the interview process.

This person will partner closely with our embedded talent teams and portfolio companies as they build out their talent systems from the ground up. The right candidate will thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, all while keeping our candidate’s experience top of mind.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with our embedded talent teams (Operating Partners, Senior Principals, and Principals) to move candidates efficiently through our Portfolio Companies interview processes
  • Schedule candidate interviews and handle any type of candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner
  • Own the candidate experience throughout their journey with our Portfolio Companies’ (and even internally at Human Capital)
  • Improve upon candidate experience best practices
  • Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes, as well as those of our Portfolio Companies

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Effective and professional written and oral communication
  • Ability to multitask in a challenging and fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
  • Proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude and ability to navigate ambiguous situations

YOUR PAST

  • At least 1 year of experience scheduling or coordinating meetings or interviews
  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity
  • Prior experience in a customer service or concierge related environment is preferred

What We’ll Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $81,000 - $109,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
