  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Are you passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals?

Critical Point, a premier test prep and college consulting company, is seeking dedicated SAT/ACT tutors for part-time roles (10-15 hours per week) with the potential for full-time opportunities in the future. We offer rigorous training and a supportive work environment, where you can make a real impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized one-on-one and occasional small group tutoring for SAT/ACT students
  • Create customized lesson plans and track student progress
  • Set and achieve academic goals with students and families
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the SAT and ACT exams by taking mock tests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must have scored a 1550+ on the SAT or 34+ on the ACT (We will train you if needed!)
  • Available to work 1 weekend day and 4 weekday evenings
  • Strong knowledge of Algebra 2, Trigonometry, and Calculus (Statistics a plus)
  • Enjoy working with students from middle school to college age
  • Must be able to commute and work in-person at our Wayne, PA office
