Entry Level Telecom Account Manager Role and Responsibilities:

  • Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems accurately and efficiently
  • Gain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updates
  • Provide clients with products and services that exceed their expectations and make their lives a lot easier
  • Communicate the perks of our service vs our competitors in the telecommunications industry

Entry Level Telecom Account Manager Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Entry-Level Management, Client Relations or relevant fields
  • Ability to embrace continual change and ambiguity with flexibility and good grace
  • Easily approachable, cooperative, and a team player quickly gains the trust and support of clients and fellow associates
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly
  • Ability to analyze sales processes, create, and implement new strategies to maximize sales
  • Clear spoken and articulate while interacting with clients and conducting sales presentations
