Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Technical Recruiter)

Location: Remote (Local to Texas preferred)

*Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship*

Schedule : Fixed shift, Monday to Friday (EST time zone).

Role Overview:
Wissen Technology is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on IT and technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top technical talent. This role is crucial in ensuring that our IT and engineering teams are equipped with the best professionals to meet our business objectives.

Requirements :

• 5+ years recruiting Software Engineers (Java, Full Stack, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML), Data Engineering, Infrastructure roles.

• Strong understanding of technical stacks

• Expertise in hiring IT/Technical, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Professional roles.

• Proven success in sourcing hard-to-find candidates.

• Ability to handle high-volume job orders in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication

• experience in sourcing passive candidate s using various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-specific job boards.
