  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management in an agile environment for implementing client solutions (Contact Centers, digital transformation, etc.).
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with product owners and internal customers to manage requirements backlog.
  • Mentor team members on agile principles and best practices.
  • Evaluate technical solutions and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and visual aids for current and proposed systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 7 years in project chartering, planning, scheduling, and road mapping.
    • 7 years in project management (Agile and SDLC methodologies).
    • 5 years in Agile Development Methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
    • 5 years in developing functional specifications for large projects.
    • 3 years with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Project, etc.).
    • 2 years with Jira and Confluence.
    • 1 year of Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP).
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with Texas procurement and contract guidelines.
    • Knowledge of Texas client systems.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple medium to large projects.
  • Conflict resolution and advocating for agile transformation.
