We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Support Specialist position requiring strong planning, design and implementation skills to support ManTech Software for the purposes of integration with Fannie Mae, business functionality, Resiliency and Security standards defined by Fannie Mae. The position involves implementation planning, analysis of requirements, system configuration, implementation of enhancements, resolution of production configuration issues and providing support to business partners and technical peers.

Key Job Functions

  • Serve as a technical specialist in all phases of system upgrade life cycle (analysis, design, develop/configure, implement) to support all software within the Marketing technology stack.
  • Serve as project team liaison with business partners to analyze the implementation approach and configuration changes on existing systems and processes.
  • Provide business domain, technology and process expertise all related to DXP for Marketing Technologies.
  • Proven track record in LMS administration, implementation, and configuration in a corporate environment
  • Strong experience of specificities and user interactions related to web-based, multimedia, and mobile technologies.
  • Familiar with Web Content Management Systems (CMS) technologies for content delivery and other IT concepts such as Single Sign On (SSO) for user access
  • Work with LMS vendors, internal IT or software vendors to resolve technical issues with the LMS.
  • Working knowledge of corporate platform systems and training program design, development, and implementation
  • Train end users, create and maintain job aids, provide end user support.
  • Ability to interact effectively with other team members.
  • Performs data monitoring tasks as assigned.
  • Provide support to all users for troubleshooting and training on the system capabilities, navigation, and functionality.
  • Knowledge of Networking and Security (access controls, protocols, routing).
  • 3+ years of hands-on relational, with Cloud based solutions for Marketing Tools
  • Google Analytics experience with Administration and configurations (Security)
  • Salesforce Administration and Configuration management for Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
