RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's Phoenix area-based client is looking to add a ServiceNow Developer to their team. This is a contract role currently slated to run through January 2025. This is a WFH role but candidates in the Phoenix area that could attend occasional onsite meetings are preferred.
Role Duties:
* Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, including scoped apps and Integration Hub
* Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions following industry best practices, including Automated Test Framework (ATF)
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow integrations
* Stay current with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least four years of experience in ServiceNow development, with proficiency in JavaScript
* Required experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module; Experience with ITOM, ITAM, or CSM is a plus
* Preferred experience with PowerShell
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred but not mandatory
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
