  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Responsibilities:
The main focus is front end development but the requirements for that are:

  • Angular App creation vs maintenance and enhancements
  • Web component creation
  • Micro front end development
  • Unit testing / e2e testing


Most of the candidates had Angular experience but were missing web components or micro front end or weren t able to elaborate on their experience with each. For those that were able to better explain their experience, they ended up not being available for an in person interview or didn t do well on our coding exercise. If they also have back-end experience that is even better.

  • Java
  • Spring Boot
  • REST API creation


Finally, if they have worked with GraphQL that s a bonus. Interviews will be two rounds, one virtual and the second onsite.

HTML/CSS:

  • Understanding of responsive design
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

JavaScript/Typescript:

  • Experience with Typescript and modern JavaScript features (ES6+).

Frontend Frameworks/Libraries:

  • Angular, state management libraries like NGRX/Redux
  • Experience with micro frontend and module federation.
  • Experience with web component

Testing/Build tool:

  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of build tools like Webpack

Other:

  • Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing web performance and understanding concepts like lazy loading and minimizing HTTP requests.
  • UI/UX Principles: A good eye for design and understanding of user experience principles.
  • Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
