We are looking for a Prosthodontist for our multi-speciality center that centrally located on North Hiatus Rd next to newly remodeled Publix. Our center comes equipped with the latest technology such as 5D NIRI iTero, CBCT Kavo imaging, and Digital Smile Design (DSD).
With having all specialists in one center, our patients are able to be treated with a multi disciplinary approach. As a Doctor, you have the support of Doctor mentors, trainings, and advancing your skills with CE's and quartly forums.

Orange Park Dental Partners was founded by Dr. Andrew Forrest, who has been practicing dentistry since 2002. As a fourth generation dentist, dental health care is quite literally part of Dr. Forrest’s DNA. Dr. Forrest has time and again distinguished himself as an industry leader in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. Throughout his 20 years of experience, Dr. Forrest discovered that the ultimate patient experience necessitates employing a “team approach” to dental care, utilizing the expertise of a team of dentists instead of just one. Dr. Forrest’s first position in dentistry was in Orange Park, FL. At the age of 29, he was an associate in a thriving group practice that gave him an opportunity to learn dental teamwork, collaboration, education, learn from mentors, innovation, and the importance of kindness. These were the core values for which Orange Park Dental Partners was founded upon.
