  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Track and communicate team progress through sprint metrics, burn-down charts, and velocity.
  • Remove obstacles and impediments that may block the team s progress, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to experiment with new practices and tools.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across development, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing Agile teams in a financial services or banking environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Scrum frameworks and Agile metrics.
  • Strong understanding of Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.

Certification & Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Kanban or Lean methodologies.
