Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Information Assistance: Provide detailed information about our products and services, helping clients understand features, benefits, and options
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot client issues, offering effective solutions and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Client Support: Assist clients with order processing, account management, and other service-related tasks to ensure requests are handled efficiently and accurately
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions. Prepare reports for management review
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and relay information to management for service improvement. Help identify trends and suggest enhancements to boost client satisfaction
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks related to client service operations, such as updating client records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn about client service
