  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Company Background: Our client, a major employer in the area, is looking for a Meter Design Engineer to be part of its team in its North American operations.

Job Description:

  • Client ESV's (Electronic Systems Vehicle) Vehicle Development team is seeking a collaborative engineer to work on meter and Heads Up Display (HUD).
  • The primary responsibility of this role is vehicle development for meter and HUD. Reporting to the Vehicle Development Senior Manager, the person in this role will work to fill Electronic Systems Vehicle's objective of building a NA electronics center of excellence that complements Client Global direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle application of meter and HUD
  • Plan structure and design of meter and HUD through target setting, packaging and style feasibility that balances performance, customer needs and cost while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Issue design specifications to suppliers and manage supplier schedule, performance and quality
  • Manage part list and issue internal design documents including engineering change instructions and wiring specifications

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
  • 5 years or more as an electrical design engineer

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in vehicle electronics development
  • Experience in CATIA
