Join an experienced and collaborative team of dedicated Global Medical Affairs Leaders in Clinical Development and Medical Affairs (CDMA) at Roche Diagnostics. Work with Personalized Healthcare Solutions lifecycle teams on the development and commercialization of companion diagnostics, oncology assays and future digital pathology solutions. Who you are:

(Required)

  • You have an advanced degree in Life Science (PhD, Masters) with relevant expertise in the Healthcare Industry and/or academic institutions
  • You have 10+ years of diagnostics or pharma industry experience, preferably, having experience in IVD or Medical Device Study Management in all stages of global studies, development of study protocol design, report writing and leading matrixed teams
  • You have the ability to lead clinical development studies/programs
  • You have good knowledge in applicable standards and regulations (ICH-Google Cloud Platform, IVDD/IVDR, MDR, FDA, NMPA regulations etc.) and understanding of the healthcare industry or equivalent academic experience
  • You have strong business acumen; has in-depth knowledge of the multidisciplinary functions involved in a company's drug development process, e.g., clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, commercial,etc. and can proactively integrate multiple perspectives into the clinical development process and strategy for best end-results
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills (English)
  • You have excellent analytical skills and strategic mentality
  • You have the ability to travel up to 10% (can vary per project phase and position)


The expected salary range for this position is $140,200 - $307,320. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
