  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring an SDET for our AI project team. In this role, they will design and develop automated test frameworks for AI solutions, covering both traditional software components, such as the angular UI as well as the ReSTful services, and AI-specific elements. You'll work with developers and data scientists to implement testing strategies that ensure quality and reliability of our AI products. Strong programming skills and an interest in AI technologies are essential for this position.

PROJECT INFORMATION:

The primary project this person will work on will be for our AskKM product which helps our agents quickly find information about our diverse and complex service offerings. This product uses AI to analyze large documents to summarize the contents but also has feature which allow the agents to find specific information based on the customers requests.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This person is expected to spend most of their time writing test automation processes including using tools like Cypress, Python, AWS, and Github actions
  • This person will need to coordinate their efforts with the QA and development leads on multiple teams
  • Must have experience in both relational and DynamoDB databases
  • Must have experience using AWS services and how to integrate those services in their automation processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a mindset towards full automation
  • Must have significant AWS experience
  • Must have significant Cypress experience and/or experience developing test automation using Python scripting.
  • 7+ years of experience in QA and/or software engineering

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Should have experience working in Agile teams
  • Performance testing
