Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Eloqua QA Tester to join our team, supporting projects for Cisco through Wipro. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience testing Oracle Eloqua marketing automation systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and end users to validate system functionality and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle Eloqua-based applications.
  • Ensure seamless functionality of Oracle Eloqua's marketing automation tools and validate integrations with third-party systems.
  • Perform functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing to identify bugs and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with development and project teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.
  • Identify and document test scenarios for all Eloqua features, configurations, and APIs.
  • Report defects and track them to closure using bug tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Participate in test automation efforts for Eloqua modules where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Eloqua workflows, campaign execution, and lead generation processes.
  • Experience in functional testing, system integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and back-end testing.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing for Eloqua integration.
  • Familiarity with QA automation tools and scripting is a plus.
  • Experience using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in Oracle Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) for Oracle Eloqua.
