  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Angular UI Developer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 7 months (ending June 2025)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Angular UI Developer to help complete UI changes for a critical project. This role requires collaboration with a Toronto-based Scrum team, with 2-3 days of onsite work each week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, experience working in agile environments, and the ability to quickly deliver high-quality UI components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Angular-based user interfaces for web applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners and team members to implement UI changes for a critical project.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and work closely with the Scrum team.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug UI issues, implementing necessary fixes.
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Angular (Angular 8 or above).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create cross-browser compatible code.
  • Ability to troubleshoot UI performance issues and optimize applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working in a hybrid setup, with a strong ability to manage tasks both onsite and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Angular Material or similar UI component libraries.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine or Karma.
  • Prior experience with SCSS or SASS for advanced styling.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Toronto)
