Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of devices
- Conduct experiments and tests as directed by the Medical Scientist
- Collect, record, and organize data generated from device testing
- Perform routine quality control checks on equipment and reagents
- Assist in the preparation and generation of reports based on research findings
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results
- Contribute to the creation of documentation for internal use and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate closely with our team in day-to-day tasks
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and data exchange
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on lab activities
- Ensure cleanliness and proper function of laboratory equipment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly
- Handle ad-hoc tasks relevant to startup operations and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline)
- Familiarity with operating laboratory equipment and instruments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Previous experience as a lab technician in a research setting is desirable
