Key Tasks

  1. Incident Solving

    • Resolve known errors using SAP Notes, Knowledge Base articles, and documentation.
    • Perform root cause analysis and provide effective solutions.
    • Strive for high customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in training sessions (e-learning, remote, classroom).
    • Document knowledge through WIKI entries and Knowledge Base articles.
  2. Additional Tasks

    • Engage in weekend or 24/7 support activities as required.
    • Report errors to development teams.
    • Contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives.
  3. Support Without Incidents

    • Participate in projects that align with organizational goals.
    • Assist with real-time support (chat) alongside experienced support engineers

Skills and Competencies

Required:

  • Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and troubleshoot while gathering customer information.
  • Solid understanding of Internet technologies.
  • Familiarity with general business terms and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
