Location : Remote

Required experience:

8 to 10 years ServiceNow Development Experience
Strong experience on ServiceNow platform and responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of modules and custom application/catalog development.
Strong experience in ITIL processes and ITSM implementation
Must be able to develop complex logic and support modules such as Service Catalogue, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, Discovery and Configuration Management (CMDB), ATF Working experience on Performance Analytics and SLA Reporting
Hands on experience with various SDLC methodologies.
Strong Knowledge on service now related technologies, especially java script, angular, and jelly
Knowledge on one of the following programming languages like Java, XML, HTML, CSS, jQuery, SQL and Angular JS, but also on Linux system
Must understand PowerShell, ServiceNow Orchestration and Scheduled Tasks. Must have experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Catalog, Custom Apps, Reports, Plugins, and Dashboards per the enhancement requirements/requests.
Document the implementation and design documents.
Manage the code base / update sets and deploy across instances.

Support tier 1 agents on resolving incidents and complete Service Requests.
Participate in the upgrade planning and review of release notes. Provide guidance to the customer when needed.
Support ServiceNow admins on user administration, data loads, and troubleshooting platform issues.
Manage the biweekly ServiceNow releases.
