Events Assistant

Description Job Description: As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of company events, from corporate meetings to promotional gatherings. You will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, communicate with vendors, and ensure that each event runs smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional events that enhance the company’s brand and outreach.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and scheduling. Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Prepare promotional materials and assist with event marketing. Manage event budgets and track expenses. Provide on-site support during events to handle any issues or last-minute changes. Collect feedback and generate reports on event success and areas for improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in event planning or coordination is an advantage. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
