Description

The Senior Production Operations Manager is a leadership role within our Production organization, responsible for overseeing the teams' performance and work output. Responsibilities include:- Directly oversee and develop the performance and work output of the Technical Device Management, Media Operations, Video Accessibility and Special Operations teams.- Drive continuous innovation in processes, practices, tools and policies that help guide the MPO teams behavior in their day-to-day operations.- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies across the organization.- Cultivate relationships and collaborate across the Apple organization to ensure business and key stakeholder objectives are met. Includes the ability to rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders and to proactively identify potential issues that can affect our operations or ops strategy.- Develop and apply a deep understanding of Video Production and Post Production systems, equipment and workflows.- Drive strong partnerships with Creative and Production teams and build effective strategies that address the creative needs for a wide range of work across Marcom.- Empower clear and consistent communication, helping everyone stay informed without overwhelming the teams.- Act as a champion of the Apple brand standards and core values in all aspects of the work.

Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $222,600 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
