  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Contact Center Engineer to work on their ongoing project in the Lansing, MI office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Nice InContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNIChannel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics, POCs & Auto Attendant) [5+ years of experience]
  • NICE CXOne Studio experience [3+ years of experience]
  • Ability to program in one or more of the following software languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python [4+ years of experience]
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot webservice API calls [5+ years of experience]

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
