Job Description

Oracle Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee and manage resource(s) across various supply chain functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team tasked with learning and executing key processes within Logistics, Advanced Exchange Support for Oracle Health hardware, Oracle Health device integration services, Procurement, and Sourcing.

The role involves driving efficiency, process improvement, and developing robust documentation and reporting to support operational excellence. This position will be critical in ensuring cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for multiple supply chain functions, including Logistics, Advanced Exchange Support, Oracle Health device integration, Procurement, and Sourcing.
  • Oversee and guide the learning and development of team members in various supply chain disciplines.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve processes for operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure seamless support for Oracle Health hardware through the Advanced Exchange program.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize device integration services.
  • Learn procurement and sourcing activities to ensure there are no staffing gaps with future attrition.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reporting to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the supply chain team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing resources within a supply chain or operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, sourcing, and hardware support functions.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.

Qualifications

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. 5 yrs experience with manufacturing supplier outsourcing activities. Specifically, contract negotiation, site qualification, pricing assessment and negotiation, and supplier performance measurement. International experience in these areas a plus. Team-player with an ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Successful track record in the area of process improvement. Strong interpersonal skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
