  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT and cloud architecture, with 5+ years of AWS experience, including executive-level responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in AWS services, including AWS Connect, EC2, S3, Lambda, and other core AWS products.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification required
  • Professional certification: Professional
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
  • Executive-level experience in operations management, including budgeting, vendor management, and resource planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale AWS implementations, with a focus on customer engagement technologies like AWS Connect.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including infrastructure as code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
