A client of Innova Solutions is looking for a Renewal Account Executive
Position type: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote
As a Renewal Account Executive, you will:
Minimum Qualifications:
- The Renewal Account Executive manage the relationship with customers and partners (direct and indirect deals) with a focus on maintaining and growing renewal rates and establishing partner/customers relationships with a focus on retaining customers.
- Responsibilities include communicating the maintenance value proposition, managing negotiations, writing proposals, and completing renewals before the due date.
- Serve as liaison between customers and appropriate teams to resolve escalated issues and to maximize maintenance revenue.
- You are the primary owner for the execution of the overall contract renewal process by following established procedures and consistent Renewal Sales.
Build long term relationships with key customers (region/revenue size dependent)
- Proactive and regular customer outreach
- Profile and document customer intel
Minimize cancellations/ Maximize renewal revenue
- Manage price increases in renewal opportunity process
- Educate the value of support
- Negotiate renewals
Liaise with teams
- Collaborate with Sales Account Executives regarding issues or concerns surrounding the successful selling of renewals to their accounts
Forecast and complex
- Monitor renewal metrics for success
- Renewal forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Handle complex escalations

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20 - $25 Per Hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
