Responsibilities

  • Drive Nudge’s adoption by leading demand-side partnerships and onboarding new DeFi protocols onto our re:allocation network.
  • Execute the our token launch, ensuring that rewards are effectively distributed to users and key ecosystem players, maximizing engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to test, launch, and iterate on re:allocation product features, ensuring partner and community feedback is integrated into improvements.
  • Build and grow our public presence on X (formerly Twitter), fostering a vibrant re:allocation community, and driving excitement for us across the ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute a structured business development process, improving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless execution of partnership campaigns and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of DeFi and digital asset trading, with proven expertise in blockchain technologies, liquidity provision, and token economics.
  • Experience building successful partnerships with DeFi protocols and within ecosystems, with a strong track record in growth and business development.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in DeFi business development, with demonstrated success in executing partnership strategies and achieving measurable results.
  • Proven ability to deliver business results in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a focus on scaling DeFi products and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate counterparties on our offerings, pitch new concepts, and manage relationships across the DeFi ecosystem.
