Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated team player to join the Business Resiliency program at Autodesk and help us perform business continuity planning and administer the company's crisis management program. The Business Resiliency team is responsible for engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to build and uphold governance frameworks consistent with industry standards / best practices.

The Business Resiliency Program has been rolling out a new process for business continuity planning, including working with critical functional teams across the company to complete Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and develop appropriate continuity plans. These plans focus on how functional teams can recover from a disruption that impacts personnel, technology, and / or vendors and ensure critical work can be completed.

Responsibilities
  • Work with critical functional teams across Autodesk to perform and support business continuity planning, including completing Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), developing continuity plans, and performing testing
  • Work within Riskonnect, Autodesk's business continuity tool, to develop a framework for reporting on continuity metrics, including but not limited to:
    • Reporting for leadership on the status of continuity planning & critical business functions which should be included in the program's scope;
    • Insights for key stakeholders regarding any risks or gaps noted, including single points of failure; and
    • Data for engineering teams and IT Disaster Recovery leaders on critical applications identified and their anticipated Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) needed to support recovery of business operations
  • On an as-needed basis, support other projects and initiatives for the crisis management program


Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time master's program in risk management, business continuity, emergency management, or related field , with a graduation date in December 2025 or later
  • Must reside and attend university in the country where the internship is being offered
  • Effective and concise communicator
  • Automation and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with a variety of stakeholders


About the US Intern Program

The 2025 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 19 - August 8 or June 16 - September 5). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Our internships align with Autodesk's Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while providing flexibility in support of office, remote and hybrid work preferences.

Salary Transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:
  • $47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)
  • $72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)
  • $118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
