The Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team, demonstrating flexibility, tact, and diplomacy. This position is located on Rouse Road, Orlando, FL, and requires the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. The candidate must also possess the ability to anticipate the needs of operations and respond accordingly while working in an environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Provide general support to visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Assist in procurement and asset management.
  • Handle inventory and mail, including shipping items.
  • Schedule and arrange appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
  • Maintain and order supplies for Planate offices.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visiting personnel, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Execute printing requests and manage document preparation.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as required.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; an associate's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands and responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
