Government Markets is looking for a Business Analyst College student to join its Supplemental Program's team. The department implements and manages retrospective and prospective programs that are designed to improve our Medicare and ACA members experience with our health plan and the overall health care system to drive Risk Score. We also support the Performance of the Government Markets division working alongside finance and our providers via Value Based Contract performance.
College Co-op Student Job Description
This college student will report to the Supplemental Programs Manager. This college professional will assist with supporting the overall Performance of the Government Markets division analyzing financial performance, provider engagements and Value Based Contract performance. They will support key activities impacting the Government Markets Performance Management area such as: Medical and Revenue performance awareness, Provider Performance and MLR metrics, and Budget support. They may also assist the Supplemental Program's analysts and other Stakeholders with reporting, analytics, and program oversight for both prospective and retrospective programs. This position should be filled by someone who has excellent communication skills, is proficient to expert in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.

Minimum GPA: 3.0+
