Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead with a strong background in the financial domain to join our team in Iselin, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, particularly within financial services, and will be responsible for leading projects, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring all aspects are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand both functional and technical needs.
Solution Design: Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design and implement ServiceNow modules that meet project requirements.
Team Management: Act as the primary liaison between the onshore project team and the offshore development team, managing and coordinating activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial services operations and recommend solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing phase, including the creation of test plans, test cases, and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and management, with at least 3 years in the financial domain.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and financial services operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
