The Job:
FCI is in search of a Stockroom Receiving Clerk (Temp) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the stockroom and receiving department. These duties include confirming receipt of all incoming materials, organizing materials and supplies into the stockroom, and ensuring delivery is on-time to the proper destination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and experienced with safety regulations regarding the warehouse environment.
What You’ll Do:
This position requires unassisted lifting of up to 75 lbs. Standing and bending up to 80% of the time. Lifting can be up to 40% of the time.

What You’ll Do:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, components, and supplies
- Offload and sign for inbound materials
- Confirm receipt of materials from Purchasing Orders.
- Complete job orders kit paperwork and process controlled lot numbers to ensure traceability of materials.
- Move received materials into designated work areas.
- Issue job orders (picking, kitting, and packaging stock).
- Maintain accurate inventory records through the ERP Systems (Syteline).
- Perform daily cycle counts
- Report any problems to the Supervisor for corrective action
- Initiate measures to eliminate shortages or heavy workloads.

- 1 or more years’ experience in the warehouse or receiving department
- Demonstrate the ability to work without close supervision, produce quality work and handle periodic special projects independently, while maintaining focus and sense of urgency
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP Systems, such as Syteline, is a bonus.
- Prior forklift experience preferred, but not required.
