About the Role

As a Customer Success Intern at Hunch, you’ll play a key role in improving our platform by engaging with users, gathering their feedback, and providing insights to our research and development team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer interaction, feedback analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Location: Remote (USA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their experiences and gather insights on how to improve the app.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the research and development team to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations based on customer feedback and insights.
  • Act as a liaison between users and the product team to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide support in optimizing customer satisfaction and retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Business, Communications, Marketing, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.
