Editing and Document Control Specialist

Job Overview:

Alliance Industries is seeking an Editing and Document Control Specialist to join our team! As an Editing and Document Control Specialist you will be responsible for listening, interpreting, and developing written documents, as well as using various software platforms to create, scan, and store both written and audio files digitally.

Job Duties:

  • Edit documents by listening and interpreting audio recordings.
  • Identify and rectify any inconsistencies and or errors.
  • Always adhere to industry practices and company confidentiality guidelines.
  • Research, analyze and update data lists with a keen eye for safeguarding the integrity of the data.
  • Communicate via email and telephone when needs arise.
  • Adhere to company quality and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to clean audio recordings by adjusting settings.
  • General knowledge of downloading media players (Windows Media Player, Apple Audio, etc.)
  • Excellent English comprehension and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong research skills with a willingness to learn about a variety of industries and apply knowledge to create accurate documents.
  • Familiarity with editing tools and software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Highly reliable
  • Excellent typing and reading skills
