We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Senior HRIS Analyst in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our HRIS applications and modules, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades. You will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal function of the HRIS and will collaborate with various stakeholders in the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to HRIS users and troubleshoot any issues.
Compile complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
Serve as the representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
Ensure that the HRIS satisfies data security and privacy requirements.
Run reports for managers in UKG.
Develop HR strategies and policies to meet organizational needs and goals.
Collaborate with HR staff and executive leadership to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
Manage settings and operations of the HRIS, including permissions, access, and personalization for users.
Provide excellent external communication and maintain accurate HRIS databases.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS Analysis or a related field
Proficient in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems - Must have experience with UKG, running reports and workflows
Strong knowledge of HRIS Database and HRIS reporting
Experience in Change Management
Excellent External Communication skills
Familiarity with HR Compliance regulations and procedures
Ability to develop and implement HR Policy and HR Strategy
Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Skilled in Internal Reporting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
