We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Supply Chain Contract Administrator in the oil and gas industry. This role will involve a hybrid work schedule with 2 days in-office at their Woodlands location and 1 day in-office at the Houston Galleria location, with 2 days per week working from home.

Responsibilities:

Updating and managing Supply Chain Contract data and information to ensure it's in alignment with established policies and procedures.

Generating and monitoring vendor master tickets and supplier registration requests in Ariba for new suppliers and change requests.

Prepare and provide current forms to Team Leads.

Upload all contract documents and supporting documents to the relevant record.

Manage and update system price books to enable electronic billing payment within SAP and Ariba.

Assist Operations in resolving contract disputes prior to escalating to Commercial Strategy Buyer Lead.

Aid Suppliers with invoice disputes and contract inquiries before escalating to Accounts Payable or Buyer Lead.

Implement any system changes to contracts requested by Buyer, such as contract pricing changes, term changes, and administrative changes.

Create and analyze internal reports on Supplier / Category Contract spend and term.

Support in generating weekly and daily reports as needed, such as approved vendors list and open purchase requisitions.

Provide additional support to Buyer as required, such as maintaining hardcopy records.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data

Experience in operations, procedures, and policy development for streamlining processes

Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and invoice processing

Expertise in contracts management, negotiation, and administration

Understanding of pricing strategies and their application in contract development

Ability to manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

Skills to execute buying processes and change management effectively

Knowledge of supply chain logistics and dispute resolution methods

Ability to work onsite and collaborate with various teams

Familiarity with supporting documents, purchase requisitions, and electronic billing

Experience with Ariba and Contract Pricing systems is a plus

Strong ability to manage contract administration tasks efficiently

Proficiency in contract pricing and the ability to offer strategic insights

Experience in managing purchase requisitions and supporting documents

Knowledge of electronic billing systems like Ariba for efficient operations.
