Are you an IT professional with a passion for solving problems and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Sparks, NV. This is a full-time, onsite position at a facility that offers an excellent work environment, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk, remote, and onsite desktop support in a Windows environment.
- Enter and resolve trouble tickets in a ticketing system.
- Ensure excellent customer service through consistent follow-up, documentation, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including laptops, desktops, monitors, network cabling, and printers.
- Support Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Active Directory (basic support like password resets).
Qualifications:
- Current A+ and Network+ certifications.
- Minimum 4 years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS.
- Familiarity with ticketing system software (experience with Jira is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware.
Shift & Schedule:
- Standard day shift with some flexibility.
- Rotating on-call duty every 5-7 weeks.
Compliance: Pre-employment background checks will be required for this role.
