  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you ready to drive transformative change in a dynamic CPG manufacturing environment? Join a leading Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods organization looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Change Enablement Analyst to join their innovative team!

Reporting directly to the Manager of Change Enablement, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of the operations initiatives and collaborating across all impacted supply chain groups.

You will need to be someone who is on the people side of change management (not simply IT)- someone who spent time with the stakeholders (ideally on the plant floor) helping them work through all the changes, tracking the adoption curve, coming up with interventions, etc.

Working from your own location you will be spending up to 75%, primarily Monday and Thursday travelling to various US plant locations. So access to a major airport would be necessary.

You will need:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively and build rapport.
