  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

At Paraform (https://www.paraform.com/), we are looking for boutique agency recruiters and freelance technical recruiters interested in working with exciting, high-growth, venture-backed tech startups to help grow their teams.

On any given day, you will work closely with hiring managers to:

  • Deeply understand their team, hiring needs, and job requirements clients are looking for in open requisitions
  • Source, identify, and refer both active and passive qualified candidates from both established credible sources but also unorthodox creative places where top talent hang out
  • Pitch your assigned clients and requisitions to the best of your ability
  • Collaborate with the Paraform team on maximizing your candidates and referrals

We are looking for folks who have:

  • 2+ years experience working with high-growth tech startups
  • Good understanding of the early/growth stage startup landscape
  • Have a great understanding of technical recruiting
  • Has proven abilities to attract passive top-tier candidates
  • Previous experience at a recruiting agency (preferably boutique/small agencies focused on tech startups)
  • Focus on candidate experience, ensuring coordination between the clients and candidates is done well until hire
