About the Role: Financial Reporting Analyst

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will support the financial reporting process and daily operations of the Financial & Operational Reporting team. You'll ensure accurate internal and external reporting, help design and maintain Power BI reports, and assist with regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc financial and operational reports for Executive Management and departments.
  • Compile and analyze financial data, identifying and researching discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and support the company s financial management software, BOARD.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial regulatory filings and data calls.
  • Assist with documenting reporting requirements and testing reports for quality assurance.
  • Analyze business process and software changes that impact Accounting/Finance processes and reporting.
  • Provide support for special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and other tasks as needed.

What We re Looking For:

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance.

- Experience: Familiarity with GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles; ERP systems and data analytics experience is a plus.

- Skills: analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services or the insurance industry is preferred.

- Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills are essential.
