  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're seeking a Growth Engineer to drive user growth through data-driven experimentation, innovative growth hack techniques, and creative problem-solving. This role combines technical expertise with analytical and creative skills to optimize key metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Ship features & winning experiments that drive growth in DAU, retention, and revenue
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure feature impact
  • Collaborate on growth tactics and experiment ideas
  • Identify gaps and fix issues in event logging and lead continuous optimization efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess growth initiatives
  • Build user-friendly interfaces with React
  • Proactively identify delivery blockers and coordinate with teams

Requirements

  • Experience in Swift; Kotlin and React a plus
  • Growth engineering or data-driven product engineering experience
  • Proficiency in A/B testing implementation and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights
  • React and frontend development expertise
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • High-energy, action-oriented, and collaborative mindset
